目的阐述零售药店在药源性危害防治中的作用及对策,使大家树立合理用药意识,以达到合理安全用药,有效减少药源性危害,以达到保证人民群众用药安全的目的。方法本文通过列举国内外不合理用药所致较严重的药害事件数据,对药源性危害原因进行剖析,对不良反应所引起损害的对策与防治进行阐述,并且详细论述零售药店和零售药店驻店药师在预防药害事件中的作用。结果零售药店和零售药店驻店药师在药源性危害防治中起着重要作用,其工作的优劣直接影响着药源性危害是否能避免或是减轻。结论零售药店和零售药店驻店药师在预防药害事件中起着重要作用,充分发挥其作用,能使大家树立合理用药的意识,已达到合理安全用药,有效地减少药源性危害,进而保障人们用药安全。
Objective To explain the role and countermeasures of retail drug stores in the prevention and control of drug-induced hazards, so that everyone can establish a reasonable awareness of drug use in order to achieve rational and safe drug use and effectively reduce drug-induced hazards so as to ensure the safety of drug users.
