在国家高新区强弱水平空间非均衡的背景下,从国际创汇能力、创新能力、社会贡献能力和支撑能力四个维度设定了评价指标体系,采用突变级数法构建了国家高新区竞争力空间分异评价模型,并对56个国家高新区进行了实证分析,研究结果表明:国家高新区已进入六层异化“橄榄式”非均衡发展阶段,整体呈现出东部→西部的空间强弱异化和高新集群带的区域联动集聚两大空间分异特征,并在此基础上提出了国家高新区空间均衡发展的建议。
Under the background of the non-equilibrium between the strength and the weakness of the national hi-tech zones, this paper sets the evaluation index system from the four dimensions of the international foreign exchange earning ability, innovation ability, social contribution capacity and supporting capacity, and uses the mutation progression method to construct the competitiveness of the national hi-tech zones Spatial heterogeneity evaluation model and empirical analysis of 56 national high-tech zones. The results show that: the national high-tech zones have entered the stage of six-level alienation “olive ” unbalanced development, showing a strong spatial east-west Weakly alienation and regional agglomeration of high-tech cluster belt. On the basis of this, the author puts forward suggestions on the balanced development of the national high-tech zone.
