目的评价改良平面导板与横腭弓在安氏Ⅱ类深覆错矫正治疗中,对上颌支抗磨牙的控制效果。方法选择15例安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类非高角面型患者,分析联合应用改良平面导板与横腭弓强化上颌磨牙支抗的作用,比较治疗前后的X线头影测量值和模型测量。结果治疗前后支抗上颌磨牙在前后向上近中前移被控制在拔牙间隙的1/4以内,在水平向磨牙宽度无明显变化,在垂直向磨牙位置基本不变。结论改良平面导板与横腭弓联合应用能较好地控制上颌磨牙支抗,在安氏Ⅱ类深覆治疗中有较高的临床使用价值。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of the modified planar guide and lateral palatoplasty on the maxillary support molar in the correction of Class Ⅱ deep overburden malocclusion. Methods Fifteen patients with Class Ⅱ division Ⅰ non - high angle face were selected to analyze the effects of the combined application of modified planar guide plate and transverse palatal arch to strengthen the maxillary molar support. The X - cephalometric and model measurements before and after treatment were compared. Results Before and after treatment, the support maxillary molars moved forward and backward up and down, and were controlled within 1/4 of the extraction space. There was no significant change in the width of the molar and no change in the position of the vertical molar. Conclusion The combined application of modified planar guide plate and transverse palatal arch can better control the maxillary molar support, and it has a high clinical value in the treatment of Class Ⅱ deep overburden.
