应用光电测试系统来检测发动机的起动过程,进而可评定发动机的起动品质并进行故障诊断。对自行设计和研制的光电测试系统作了分析,表明该系统能满足发动机起动时测试之要求。应用该系统测出了发动机燃烧室火焰信号的变化曲线,还对该信号进行了分析。应用全套动态参数测试系统,测出了一台单轴小型喷气发动机起动过程的动态曲线,本文只展示了四个参数的变化:发动机转速、燃油流量、涡轮后叶尖温度、燃烧室火焰信号。通过应用该套测试系统,找出了最佳起动方案,对研究发动机起动问题具有实用价值。
Photoelectric test system to detect the engine starting process, which can be assessed engine starting quality and fault diagnosis. The self-designed and developed optoelectronic test system is analyzed, which shows that the system can meet the requirements of engine start-up test. The system was used to measure the change of flame signal in engine combustion chamber and the signal was also analyzed. The dynamic curve of a single-axle small jet engine during start-up was measured using a full suite of dynamic parameter test systems. This article shows only four changes in parameters: engine speed, fuel flow, turbine tip temperature, and combustor flame signals. Through the application of the test system, find the best starting program, the study of engine starting has practical value.
