从理论上分析了陶瓷材料的切口强度与断裂强度的关系及其概率分布间的关系。由此可以利用光滑试件的断裂强度及其概率分布预测切口强度及其概率分布。实验结果证明 :Ti C/Al2 O3复合陶瓷材料弯曲切口强度与弯曲断裂强度同时符合正态分布、对数正态分布和 Weibull分布。由光滑试件弯曲断裂强度及其概率分布预测的弯曲切口强度及其概率分布 ,包括正态分布、对数正态分布和 Weibull分布与该材料试验结果相符。该结果为陶瓷构件的安全可靠性评估提供科学依据。
The relationship between notch strength and fracture strength of ceramic materials and their probability distributions are theoretically analyzed. It is possible to predict the notch strength and its probability distribution by using the fracture strength and its probability distribution of the smooth specimen. The experimental results show that the flexural strength and flexural strength of Ti C / Al 2 O 3 composite ceramic meet the normal distribution, log normal distribution and Weibull distribution at the same time. The flexural strength and its probability distribution predicted by the flexural strength and its probability distribution of smooth specimens, including normal distribution, log normal distribution and Weibull distribution, are consistent with the experimental results of the material. The results provide a scientific basis for evaluating the safety and reliability of ceramic components.
