目的了解贲门失弛缓症动物模型制备的研究进展以及简要探讨贲门失弛缓症的发病机制。方法查阅近年来有关贲门失弛缓症动物模型制备的相关文献并进行分析总结。结果多种动物模型如梗阻模型、经典的去神经模型和近年来研究热门的基因模型,它们都可以实现贲门失弛缓症的造模,且它们都是基于相应的病因学说,施以不同的处理因素,从而完成模型的制备。结论贲门失弛缓症动物模型制备,主要经历了梗阻—去神经—基因三个阶段。基于先天性学说从基因层次出发的基因模型可以更好地认识和了解这个疾病,可制造出理想的动物模型,可以为贲门失弛缓症的病因学研究提供可靠的依据。
Objective To investigate the research progress in the preparation of achalasia animal models and to briefly discuss the pathogenesis of achalasia. Methods The related literatures about preparation of animal models of achalasia in recent years were reviewed and analyzed. Results A variety of animal models such as obstructive models, classic denervation models, and hot gene models that have been investigated in recent years have all been able to model achalasia and they are all based on the etiology and are treated differently Factors, thus completing the preparation of the model. Conclusion The preparation of achalasia animal model mainly experienced obstruction - denervation - gene three stages. The genetic model based on the congenital doctrine, which is based on the gene level, can better understand and understand the disease and can create an ideal animal model, which can provide a reliable basis for the etiology of achalasia.
