MicroRNAs(miRNAs)是一类特殊的、具有沉默作用的小分子RNA,其序列在植物中具有高度保守性。本文通过下载已知的植物成熟mi RNA数据库和辣椒的表达序列标签(EST)、基因组测序序列(GSS)及核酸数据库(nr),利用生物信息学方法对辣椒的mi RNA进行了预测与分析。通过二级结构筛选,最终得到11条保守性候选序列,这些辣椒新mi RNA中,有5条来自EST数据库,2条来自GSS数据库,4条来自nr数据库。且11条前体均可折叠形成标准的mi RNA家族二级结构。通过比对,在nr数据库中发现了与病毒相关的25条靶序列。同时,对mi RNA与植物病毒的关系进行了论述。
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a kind of special, silencing small RNAs whose sequences are highly conserved in plants. In this paper, the miRNAs of pepper were predicted and analyzed by using the bioinformatics method by downloading known miRNA database of mature plants and expression sequence tags (ESTs), genome sequencing sequences (GSSs) and nucleic acid database (nr) of pepper. Through secondary structure screening, 11 conserved candidate sequences were finally obtained. Among these pepper new mi RNAs, 5 were from EST database, 2 were from GSS database and 4 were from nr database. And 11 precursors all fold up to form the standard mi RNA family secondary structure. By alignment, 25 target sequences related to the virus were found in the nr database. At the same time, the relationship between miRNA and plant virus is discussed.
