目的观察中西医结合疗法治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效。方法将52例(102只眼)糖尿病视网膜病变的患者随机分为2组。2组患者均选用口服降糖药或注射胰岛素控制血糖水平,并根据病情选用降血压、降血脂药物,配合舒血宁注射液静脉滴注。治疗组加用活血化瘀、益气养阴中药,观察治疗后4~6月患者视力、眼底病变、眼底荧光造影及中医症候改变情况。结果总有效率治疗组为80.00%,对照组为76.19%,2组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后视力提高比对照组明显,2组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗糖尿病视网膜病变有较好疗效。 Objective To observe the curative effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine on diabetic retinopathy. Methods 52 patients (102 eyes) with diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into two groups. 2 patients were selected oral hypoglycemic agents or insulin injections to control blood sugar levels, and according to the condition selected lower blood pressure, hypolipidemic drugs, with Shuxuening injection intravenous drip. The treatment group was treated with activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis and nourishing qi and nourishing Yin to observe the changes of visual acuity, retinal lesions, fundus fluorescein angiography and TCM symptoms in 4 ~ 6 months after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 80.00% in the treatment group and 76.19% in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). After treatment, the visual acuity of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion Integrative treatment of diabetic retinopathy has a good effect.
