中外学者研究表明,教师期望效应是指教师对学生期望采取的相应行动发生在学生身上的不同结果,也就是教师对自己学生未来的行为或学业成绩的推演。教师对不同学生的期望导致在课堂中对学生的区别对待的方式,会产生教师所期望的差异性的结果,那么“自我实现效应”也就真的在学生身上应验了。教师期望的传递有这样一个过程。一是期望的生成,主要通过学生课堂表现及其他一些因素无形之中形成对学生的不同期望。一般情况下,影响教师期望形成有两方面的因
Researches in China and other countries show that the teacher expectation effect refers to the different result that the teacher takes on the students’ expectation in the student body, that is, the teacher deduces the student’s future behavior or academic achievement.
