本文应用组织学和电镜技术对假密环菌活性蛋白对AFTB1致大鼠急性肝损伤的拮抗作用进行了动物实验研究。结果显示:腹腔注射经假密环菌活性蛋白处理的AFTB1样品的实验组,大鼠肝组织和超微结构与正常对照组相似,而实验对照组之肝组织有广泛的坏死。电镜下见,细胞核染色质溶解,胞质内见有脂脑滴和自吞噬小体,肝糖原增多,肝窦有肝细胞坏死脱落物填充等典型急性肝细胞坏死表现。结果表明该假密环菌活性蛋白对AFTB1所致急性肝损伤有拮抗作用。
In this paper, animal studies were performed on the antagonism of P. pseudotypes active protein on acute liver injury induced by AFTB1 in rats using histology and electron microscopy. The results showed that the experimental group of intraperitoneal injection of AFTB1 samples treated with Pseudomonas aeruginosa active protein showed that the liver tissue and ultrastructure of the rats were similar to those of the normal control group, while the liver tissues of the experimental control group had extensive necrosis. Under the electron microscope, the nuclear chromatin dissolved, lipid droplets and autophagic corpuscles were seen in the cytoplasm, hepatic glycogen was increased, hepatic sinusoids were filled with necrotic shedding of liver cells, and other typical manifestations of acute hepatocyte necrosis. The results showed that the pseudo-secretaria active protein has an antagonistic effect on acute hepatic injury induced by AFTB1.
