“用户体验高于一切”的经营理念,贯穿于苹果公司创始人乔布斯创新的始终。他带领自己的团队把电脑和电子产品不断变得简约化、平民化,让曾经昂贵稀缺的电子产品变为现代人生活的一部分,深刻地改变了现代通讯、娱乐乃至人们的生活方式。这不由让笔者联想到广电媒体的版权媒体内容资产管理。管理者们可否借鉴这个经营理念,将管理资产视作经营产业,把使用者和消费者视作营销对象,充分满足营销对象的需求,使媒体内容资产的运用与开发更加人性化、智能化,搭建生产创新平台,在此过程中凝聚更多智慧,衍生更多产品,拓展更加广阔的生存发展空间。
