列举了造成数控机床运动误差的主要来源,给出了各主要运动误差来源对应的特征曲线。在此基础上进行了综合误差的诊断研究,提出了可用于综合误差诊断的数学方法,并进行了大量的仿真研究,得到了较为满意的结果。
The main sources of motion errors caused by CNC machine tools are listed, and the corresponding characteristic curves of the main motion error sources are given. On the basis of this, the study on the diagnosis of synthetic error is made. The mathematical method which can be used in the diagnosis of synthetic error is put forward. A lot of simulation studies are carried out, and the satisfactory results are obtained.
