PCM控制是电液伺服控制的一种新方式,本文对PCM阀的特性及PCM液压位置系统的数学模型简化进行研究。定义并讨论了PCM阀系数;分析了各系数对系统性能的影响;最后就几种典型负载情况对PCM液压位置系统的数学模型进行了简化分析,得出了几点结论
PCM control is a new way of electro-hydraulic servo control. In this paper, the characteristics of PCM valve and the mathematical model simplification of PCM hydraulic position system are studied. The PCM valve coefficients are defined and discussed. The influence of each coefficient on the system performance is analyzed. Finally, the mathematical model of the PCM hydraulic position system is simplified and analyzed according to several typical load conditions.
