加强新学兵教育管理是提高训练质量的重要途径,是提高新学兵队伍整体综合素质的基础性工作。实践证明,新学兵训练中教育管理手段越完善,训练效果和质量越高,收效越明显。但实际工作开展中,新学兵教育管理工作方面,常常出现一些管理缺失的现象,缺失工作计划,很多时候无法获得预期管理效果,这非常不利于新学兵管理和教学。因此,工作开展中应提高对新学兵教育管理工作的重视,通过有效教育管理来提高新学兵训练质量。本文将针对新学兵教育管理工作的建议展开研究和分析,以促进教学水平的提高。
