古今中外的教育家都十分重视德育,并把德育置于一个特殊的崇高地位。新课程改革也明确要求在课堂中渗透德育,并在每一门学科的课堂标准中都有关于“情感和态度”的目标,强调要把德、智教育过程有机结合起来,将教书和育人融为一体。因此,教育和引导学生学会做人,是教育者义不容辞的责任和光荣而神圣的使命。然而,随着经济飞速发展、社会变迁,在价值多元化的猛烈冲击下,学校德育的实际效果并不理想,教师困惑,社会不满。实践表明,旧的德育观念已无法适应新时代的要求。今天的德育发展之路该何去何从?针对新课程改革对德育教育的新要求,结合自身实践,就如何开展德育教育进行简单论述。
