由于艾滋病在当前仍无办法治疗,死亡率极高。所幸的是HIV 感染途径有限。即①性行为:精液和阴道分泌液;②血液:输血及血液制品;③母亲传染给新生儿。对于一般人来说,如能防止以上三点,不会染上艾滋病。但医务工作者与被HLV 污染的敷料接触机会非常多。因而感染艾滋病的机会明显增加。因此须视重视预防工作。医务工作者由于接触血液和混入血液的液体.才被HIV 感染。另外被注射器刺伤后接触病人皮肤、开放伤口也会引起HIV
