说起柴河铅锌矿,一般人可能并不了解,但在全国有色金属行业,它可是名声赫赫。自1965年建矿以来,累计为国家开采有色金属56万吨,上缴利税3.2亿元。 然而这都是过去,成了明日黄花。1992年,这个昔日被地质工作者称为“铅海”、曾经拥有3500名职工的国家配统矿山,因井下资源日渐枯竭,被迫闭坑停产。1999年8月,经国务院批准,宣布关闭破产。 破产 企业破产了,千余名职工面临失业,职工生存、吃饭的问题摆到了矿领导面前。矿山地处偏远,距铁岭市区54公里,没有其他就业门路;多数职工劳动技能较低,除了采矿,不会干别的;有些职工由于长期从事井下作业,伤残、职业病患者较多……
