环氧化酶-2(COX-2)在乳腺癌细胞中过度表达,影响乳腺癌的发生、发展和预后,可作为预防和治疗的靶分子。选择性COX-2抑制剂可联合化疗、内分泌治疗及生物治疗等,作为肿瘤治疗的辅助药物应用于临床,为乳腺癌的治疗提供一种新的途径。
Cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) overexpression in breast cancer cells, affecting the occurrence, development and prognosis of breast cancer can be used as a target for prevention and treatment. Selective COX-2 inhibitors can be combined with chemotherapy, endocrine therapy and biological therapy, as an adjunct to tumor therapy in clinical practice, providing a new approach for the treatment of breast cancer.
