目的了解福建省2011年婴幼儿配方食品和谷类辅助食品中阪崎肠杆菌的污染状况。方法从全省9地市超市及食品零售店中收集145件婴幼儿配方食品和谷类辅助食品,按GB 4789.40-2010食品微生物学检验-阪崎肠杆菌检验的MPN法进行检测。结果 145件样品中,阪崎肠杆菌总污染率为21.3%,其中婴幼儿谷类辅助食品污染率为29.7%(33/111)。结论阪崎肠杆菌对婴儿配方食品以及谷类辅助食品已构成严重潜在的危险,应加强卫生质量管理,确保婴幼儿食品的安全。
Objective To understand the contamination status of Enterobacter sakazakii in infant formula and cereal supplementary foods in Fujian Province in 2011. Methods A total of 145 infant formula and cereal supplementary food were collected from 9 supermarkets and food retailers in the province and tested according to MP 4747.40-2010 Food Microbiological Test - Enterobacter sakazakii test. Results In 145 samples, the total contamination rate of Enterobacter sakazakii was 21.3%, among which 29.7% (33/111) were contaminated cereals. Conclusion Enterobacter sakazakii poses a serious potential risk to infant formula and cereal supplementary food. Health quality control should be strengthened to ensure the safety of infant food.
