处于发展第三个阶段(第三代)的中国远程教育,其内涵的发展已明显地滞后于外延的扩张。因此,必须适时地加强内涵建设,使远程开放教育真正按照科学发展观的要求,实现可持续发展的目标。
The development of the connotation of China’s distance education in the third stage of development (the third generation) has obviously lagged behind the expansion of the extension. Therefore, we must strengthen the connotation construction in a timely manner so that the distance and open education can truly achieve the goal of sustainable development in accordance with the requirements of the scientific development concept.
