国务院新闻办公室2月20日举行的农民工工作有关情况新闻发布会透露,目前,全国已有27个省份建立了省内异地就医结算平台。全国的新农合信息系统正在逐步完善,定点医疗机构即时结报工作和农民工新农合一卡通试点工作在全国快速推进。国家卫计委流动人口计划生育服务管理司司长王谦表示,2013年,90%的统筹地区实现了新农合经办机构与省内异地医疗机构的即时结报,61%的统筹地区实现了新农合省内异地就医的一卡通,极大方便了农民工在省内的异地就医和即时医疗费用结算。就跨省而言,国家新农合信息平台已与9个省和一些大型医疗机构联通,为农民工跨省就医费用结算奠定了基础。
