江河系自然,桥梁成经济。一座跨江大桥对一个城市来说到底意味着什么?世界上许多江河城市给出了答案。江河意味着资源、机遇和广阔的发展空间,大桥是人流和物流的血脉通道。世界上很多发达城市都是依江傍海迅速发展起来的。韩国的汉城跨越汉江两岸,24座跨江大桥把汉城两岸融为一体,经济由此迅速发展,从而成为韩国最繁华的港口城市,也创造了令人瞩目的“汉江奇迹”。莱茵河、塞纳河等江河两岸也走出一批繁华的国际大都市。在我国的大江大河上到底有多少座桥?据统计,未来10年内,仅长江大桥就有可能突破100座,3000公里的长江干流上,平均30公里就有一座桥。江河一直是陆路交通的一大障碍,大桥使“天堑变通途”。然而大桥的意义不仅在于此,它还将使一个城市的战略空间格局发生深刻的变化。从区域经济发展上说,大桥只是一个符号,而“大桥经济”裂变的效应才是本质。如果说江苏润扬和苏通大桥为“大桥经济”点了题,那么杭州湾跨海大桥则是“大桥经济”最精彩的注脚。当我们把目光拉回到八百里皖江上的第三座长江大桥—安庆长江公路大桥上,同样无法回避来自一个城市的梦想与激动。
