经营城市是统筹城乡经济发展、加快城市化进程的重要战略,是全面建设小康社会的重要途径。作为著名的世界文化遗产地、首批“中国优秀旅游城市”、“中国历史文化名城”、“国家级生态示范区”、“国家园林城市”,近年来,四川省都江堰市大力实施经营城市战略,极大地改善了城市环境,增强了城市功能,形成了生态文化旅游城市的特色。
