可乐定(Clo,1 mg/kg,ip)能显著抑制小鼠烫伤后血浆游离血红蛋白含量的增加,此作用可被育亨宾(5 mg/kg,ip)阻断而不受哌唑嗪(10 mg/kg,ip)的影响(P<0.01)。作者发现Clo能显著降低小鼠烫伤后红细胞的渗透脆性。50%溶血的盐水浓度:ClO组为 5.77±0.26 g/L。而生理盐水对照组(NS)为 6.57±0.21g/L(P<0.01)。预处理小鼠烫伤后,全血超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性显著降低(P<0.01),并能抑制全血的超微弱发光强度60 s的积分值:Clo组为377.8±155.2;NS组为824.6±245.6,P<0.01;峰值:Clo组为 69.2±23.5 min;NS组 102.4±9.6 min,均P<0.01)。提示Clo可降低细胞内氧自由基的产生,从而减少脂质过氧化反应的程度,并降低小鼠烫伤后全血SOD的活性。
