通过向钻井液中加入高炉矿渣和其它化学处理剂,可将钻井液转变成固井液(MTC)。高炉矿渣是一种具有水硬性质的颗粒材料。文中介绍了筛选矿渣,分析了影响矿渣水化反应和形成强度的因素,建立了钻井液转变成固井液的室内实验方法,研究了钻井液转变成固井液的液体性能和固体性能,评选出1种激活剂、2种分散剂和3种调凝剂,完成了密度1.50~1.70g/cm3、流动度21~26cm、API失水小于100mL、无游离水、稠化时间180~300min、24h抗压强度大于13MPa的MTC固井液配方。经冀东油田用常规固井设备和工艺在φ244.5mm套管固井中施工5口井。这5口定向井的钻井液类型有聚合物钻井液、正电胶钻井液和小阳离子钻井液。钻井液转变成的MTC团开液密度为1.62~1.81g/cm3,具有可泵性好、固化物抗压强度发展快等特点,测井表明固井质量合格,与用油井水泥固井相比可节约固井材料费约75%。
The drilling fluid can be converted to cementing fluid (MTC) by adding blast furnace slag and other chemicals to the drilling fluid. Blast furnace slag is a water-hard particulate material. In this paper, the screening slag was analyzed, the factors that affected the hydration reaction and the formation strength of the slag were analyzed, an experimental method was established to change the drilling fluid into cementing fluid, and the fluid properties and solid properties of the drilling fluid into cementing fluid were studied. One kind of activator, two kinds of dispersants and three kinds of coagulant were prepared. The density was 1.50-1.70g / cm3, the fluidity was 21-26cm, the API water loss was less than 100mL, no free water and thickening time 180 ~ 300min, 24h compressive strength greater than 13MPa MTC cementing fluid formula. Jidong Oilfield with conventional cementing equipment and technology in φ244.5mm casing cementing wells in the construction of 5 wells. The five directional wells drilling fluid types are polymer drilling fluid, positive rubber drilling fluid and a small cationic drilling fluid.
