“从企业需求出发”一直是当前职业学校办学的根本宗旨,因此在学生培养过程中深感校企合作的重要性。作为中等职业学校只有积极探索与企业的深度合作才能使真正围绕着企业需求进行人才的培养,毕业生才能具有参与企业生产实践的真正能力,被企业接受。文章研究了当前常见的三种校企合作运行模式,并分别分析了实践中的优点与不足。 “Starting from the business needs ” has always been the fundamental purpose of the current vocational schools, so in the process of training students feel the importance of school-enterprise cooperation. As a secondary vocational school only actively explore the depth of cooperation with enterprises in order to truly focus on business needs of personnel training, graduates can have the real ability to participate in enterprise production practice, the enterprise accepted. The paper studies the current common operating mode of three schools and enterprises and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages in practice respectively.
