摘要目的明确全自动磁共振容积分析法显示海马萎缩的能力,并对颞叶癫日(TLE)病人准确定位癫日灶提供帮助。材料与方法本研究得到了机构评审委员会的支持,符合HIPAA法案。对34例颞叶癫日病人及116名对照者MR成像容积数据进行分析。结构容积计算采用美国食品药品管理局认证的自动定量MR成像分析软件(NeuroQuant)。
Abstract Objective To investigate the capacity of hippocampus atrophy by automatic magnetic resonance volume analysis and to provide assistance in accurately locating epileptic foci in patients with temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE). Materials and Methods This study was supported by an institutional review board that is in compliance with the HIPAA Act. MR imaging volume data of 34 patients with temporal lobe epilepsy and 116 controls were analyzed. Structural volume calculations using the US Food and Drug Administration certified automatic quantitative MR imaging analysis software (NeuroQuant).
