探讨了小方坯在高连浇炉数下脱方的形成原因,通过加强对铜管锥度的测量管理及对铜管规范使用,可调式结晶器水缝控制方式改进为固定式,优化二冷冷却工艺及控制钢水偏流等措施的实施,将脱方率控制在连浇率提高之前的水平.
