动画是新世纪创意文化产业的重要组成部分,作为文化软实力的重要元素之一,动画更是语言和民族传统文化散播者。而动画作为民俗艺术的重要载体与传播者,在追求技术性、商业化、利益性的同时,更应承担起传承民族民俗文化这一责任,将民俗艺术与民俗元素应用至现代动画创作中,打造具有浓郁民俗风情的动画产业品牌,加强地域性文化性意识,提升中国在国际的影响力与号召力。
