目的探讨提高从业人员预防性健康体检管理水平,规范工作程序,制定确保工作质量的措施与对策。方法通过分析改革后的体检工作模式存在的问题及其原因,提出管理上的建议和对策。结果由医院承担预防性健康体检和卫生知识培训工作,提高了健康体检的上岗持证率,但存在着对在岗专业技术人员业务培训不够,受检人员中“肠道致病菌”检出率低,地方卫生行政部门制定工作规范与相关法律法规没有及时衔接等问题。结论由医院开展从业人员健康体检,应严格加强质量控制和督导管理,及时出台与相关法律法规相应的工作管理条例,充分利用卫生知识培训时机,开展健康教育。
Objective To explore ways to improve the management level of preventive health checkup for practitioners, standardize work procedures and formulate measures to ensure the quality of work. Conclusion Health examination of practitioners should be strictly carried out by hospitals. Quality control and supervisory management should be strictly enforced. Work regulations should be promulgated in time in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and health education should be fully utilized.
