培养学生的人文素质是师范院校美术教育的重要任务。长期以来,由于美术师资的知识结构、课程设置、生源素质等问题制约了高校培养高素质美术教育人才的发展目标。要加强人文素质的培养必须提升师资队伍和课程的建设,转变教育教学观念,努力创造良好的文化情境,使学生从学习、生活中充分获得文化滋养,从而促进综合素质发展。
Training students’ humane quality is an important task of art education in normal universities. For a long time, due to the knowledge structure of art teachers, curriculum, quality of students and other issues have constrained the development of high quality art education personnel training objectives. In order to strengthen the cultivation of humanistic qualities, we must enhance the construction of teaching staff and curriculum, change the concepts of education and teaching, strive to create a good cultural situation, and enable students to fully obtain cultural nourishment from their study and life so as to promote their overall quality development.
