各位代表: 中国农业图书馆协会自1988年5月在成都召开第二次会员代表大会至今已经四年多了。四年来,在中国农学会、中国农科院文献信息中心和各专业委员会挂靠单位领导和支持下,经过广大会员的努力,学会工作日趋活跃,取得较大成绩和较好效果。今天当我们回顾过去,展望未来的时候,请允许我代表第二届理事会向为学会工作做出贡献的同志们表示衷心地感谢。向因年龄和健康原因而退出一线的老同志表示崇高敬意,向在二届理事会期间与世长辞的名誉理事长梁家勉先生、常务理事林德胜先生和理事王润昌先生表示深切悼念。
Distinguished delegates: It has been more than four years since the China Association of Agricultural Libraries Association held the second member congress in Chengdu in May 1988. In the past four years, thanks to the leadership and support of the units affiliated to the China Agricultural Association, the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences Documentation and Information Center and various professional committees, the majority of members have made efforts to learn and work more actively and achieved greater achievements and better results. As we look back today and look forward to the future, let me express my heart-felt gratitude to all the comrades who contributed to the Institute on behalf of the second council. Expressed their highest respect to old comrades who had withdrawn from their posts due to age and health reasons and expressed their deep condolences to Mr. Liang Jia Mian, honorary chairman who has escaped from the world during the second term of the council, Mr. Lin Desheng, executive director and Mr. Wang Runchang, director of the council.
