在文化体制改革的大背景下,2009年我国广电行业深化改革迈出了实质性的步伐。“制播分离”、“三网融合”等概念开始付诸实践。特别是上海、辽宁、西安等省市广电行业整体制播分离相继亮相,李长春同志也就此做出重要指示。广电行业深化改革已如离弦之箭。作为从业人员,如何适应形势,及时调整工作策略和管理模式已成为当务之急。
