用以鱼粉为蛋白源,蛋白含量40%,同时分别含3%、6%、9%、12%沙丁鱼油的日粮,以体重5%的投饲量饲喂大头鲅幼鱼126d。试验组比对照组生长显著加快,但不同的沙丁鱼油含量组之间差异不显著。肌肉组成和RNA/DNA比例反映生长趋势。含6%沙丁鱼油组饲料报酬最高。日粮脂质含量影响肌肉脂肪。试验组和对照组小肠段脂肪酶活性比肝脏和胰腺的都高。高含量的沙丁鱼油不仅增加脂肪酶的含量,而且使蛋白酶分泌增加。脂质是否能使大头鲅节省蛋白质,促进生长,还需进一步讨论。
The juveniles were fed with diets containing 5% of body weight for 126 days. The diets containing 3%, 6%, 9% and 12% of sardine oil respectively were used as the protein source and the protein content was 40%. The growth of the experimental group was significantly faster than that of the control group, but there was no significant difference between the different sardine oil content groups. Muscle composition and RNA / DNA ratio reflect growth trends. 6% sardine oil group feed the highest compensation. Dietary lipid content affects muscle fat. The experimental group and control group of small intestine lipase activity than the liver and pancreas are high. High levels of sardine oil not only increase the lipase content, but also increase the secretion of protease. Whether lipids can make the bulk save protein, promote growth, further discussion is needed.
