理工类高等教育中如何实现专业教育和人文教育的融合,这是目前摆在各理工类高等院校管理者面前的一大难题。本文研究了从教学管理者观念的转变,到规定必要的人文学分课程、营造有利于职业教育与人文教育整合的内环境、予以人文学科和人文师资应有的地位、提高教师人文素养的方法与途径。
