党校函授教育是当今成人教育的重要组成部分,是培养具有大专文化水平的德才兼备的党政工作和经济管理工作的骨干和领导人才,而党校函授教育又特别突出一个党性锻炼的特点,与其它函授教育有所区别。因此,党校函授教育既是培养党员干部的重要形式,也是“三个阵地,一个熔炉”的具体体现。天桥岭林业局党校自1991年首批举办中函大专班以来,在局党委、延边分院的关怀领导下,经我校11名教职工的共同努力,较好地组织和管理了91、92、93级[中函两个班、省函一个班]三个班次的函授教育工作。在几年的组织管理实践中,使我站的函授管理工作逐步成熟起来,我们的体会和作法是严把“三关”,提高函授教育质量,是党校函授管理的必然
