自1988年日本Yoshizawa研制成纳米微晶Fe_(73.5)Cu_1Nb_3Si_(13.5)B_9软磁合金以来,在研制新型纳米微晶及探讨其优良软磁性能的机理等方面都有了很大进展.新型纳米微晶Fe(CuCrV)SiB软磁合金具有更好的性能价格比.本文报道了经不同温度退火处理后的纳米微晶 Fe_(69.5)(CuCrV)_(9.5)Si_(13)B_8 在不同温度下的磁性测量结果,并对经540℃退火后磁性能最佳的机理做了有益的探讨.
