建立农村社会养老保险制度,是国家为保障农民老年基本生活所推行的一项重要的社会政策。自1993年推行农村社会养老保险以来,抚州地区已有17.5万农民参加养老保险,保险基金总额达到1057万元。这项事业一开始就得到了各级党政的高度重视与支持,受到了广大农民的欢迎。但由于这是一项社会保障体系改革的新举措,目前还没有完全被社会各界及广大群众所认同。因此,有必要进一步统一认识,加强领导,以促进农村社会养老保险事业加快发展。
The establishment of rural social endowment insurance system is an important social policy that the state has implemented to ensure the basic livelihood of the peasants. Since the introduction of rural social endowment insurance in 1993, 175,000 farmers in Fuzhou have participated in endowment insurance, and the total amount of insurance funds has reached 10,570,000 yuan. From the very beginning, this undertaking has gained the great attention and support of party and government at all levels and has been welcomed by the vast number of peasants. However, since this is a new measure for the reform of the social security system, it has not yet been completely recognized by all sectors of society and the general public. Therefore, it is necessary to further unify our understanding and strengthen our leadership so as to promote the accelerated development of rural social endowment insurance.
