采用动态热分析方法在线性升温速率为6.18℃/min及H2气氛流速为100cm3/min的条件下考察了沈北、孤岛、南阳、草桥和辽河减压渣油的热反应行为。在热反应的两个温度区间内,可利用两个独立的一级动力学模型对实验数据进行拟合,借助线性回归分析,确定了渣油在两个温区内的动力学参数;本实验条件下,H2气氛基本上不影响渣油的热反应。
The thermal behavior of Shenbei, Gudao, Nanyang, Caoqiao and Liaohe vacuum resid was investigated under the condition of linear heating rate of 6.18 ℃ / min and H2 flow rate of 100cm3 / min by dynamic thermal analysis. Two independent first-order kinetic models were used to fit the experimental data in two temperature ranges of the thermal reaction, and kinetic parameters of the residue in two temperature regions were determined by linear regression analysis. In this experiment H2 atmosphere basically does not affect the thermal reaction of residual oil.
