《指南》在健康领域中明确指出:“健康是指人在身体、心理和社会适应方面的良好状态。”健康并不单指没有疾病,而是生理、心理和社会的健全状态。幼儿承受挫折的能力,是幼儿健康生活的源泉之一,身心和谐充分发展是健康之本,是幸福之源,是幼儿一切游戏及生活的基石。幼儿期是人的个性形成的关键期,这时期的心理健康与否与其长大后能否适应社会,抵御挫折有密切的关系。但是挫折在人的一生中经常发生,特别是在竞争激烈的当今社会,挫折更是不可避免的。因此对幼儿实施挫折教育是再所不迟的,要通过各种途径来进行引导,培养幼儿的抗击打能力,提高接受挫折、挑战的能力。
In the field of health, “Guide” clearly states: “Health refers to the good condition of a person in terms of physical, psychological and social adaptation.” Health does not mean that it is not a disease, but a physical, psychological and social soundness. The ability of young children to withstand setbacks is one of the sources of healthy children’s life. The full development of body and mind is the foundation of health, the source of happiness, and the cornerstone of all children’s games and lives. Early childhood is the key period for the formation of human personality. Whether or not the mental health of this period can be adapted to the society and resist the setback when it grows up. But setbacks often happen in one’s life, especially in today’s highly competitive society. Setbacks are even more unavoidable. Therefore, it is no ex post to set up a setback education for young children. We should guide them through various channels so as to foster their ability to fight against attacks and enhance their ability to accept setbacks and challenges.
