Tumor angiogenesis is a highly regulatable process under the influence of host microenvironment and media. Studies on breast, ovarian and cervical cancers suggest that neovascularization may be associated with tumor metastasis and recurrence. Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is an important regulator of endometrial angiogenesis. Its receptors flt-1, KDR / flk-1 are also good markers of angiogenesis. To investigate the relationship between the expression of VEGF, flt-1, KDR / flk-1 and the prognosis of endometrial carcinoma, the following studies were performed. 47 cases of hysterectomy specimens were fixed in 4% formalin, embedded in paraffin, the worst in tumor differentiation, depth of invasion line 4μm section, the conventional staining to determine
