前几天在网上看了魏书生老师2010年在第二届京师论坛上的发言视频。后来又搜索到了这次论坛的文字稿,反反复复读了好多遍。这次论坛的主题是教师培训,时隔一年,给我的启发依旧很深。其实,如同魏老师说的一样,他的发言内容似乎找不到什么“新鲜的东西”。我听完、读完后也是这样的感觉。同时,的确有心明神晰的洞开。魏老师无非是“做事情找到合适的思路和办法,持之以恒地做下去”。坚持“不动摇,不懈怠,不折腾”的信念。这次魏老师的发言依旧可以概括为“民主”和“科学”。能说这些观念新吗?似乎不能。能说我们对“民主”“科学”研究得深吗?不能。魏老师当教育
