目前国有企业在公司化改组过程中普遍存在着职工持股的趋势。笔者认为对职工持股进行深入系统的研究,是国有企业改革的当务之急。一、几个认识上的误区(一)通过职工持股可以形成“职工为自己工作”的机制,企业效率就能大幅度提高职工持股固然使职工成了企业的股东。但能否激发出职工的高涨热情却是不确定
At present, there is a tendency for state-owned enterprises to hold shares in the process of corporate restructuring. The author believes that an in-depth and systematic study of employee stock ownership is a top priority for state-owned enterprise reform. I. Several misunderstandings in recognition (1) The adoption of employee stockholding can form a mechanism in which “employees work for themselves”. The efficiency of the company can significantly increase the shareholding of employees, and of course the employees become shareholders of the company.
