在网络可用频谱资源动态变化条件下,为了实现认知系统频谱利用率的提升和对用户公平性的保证,文章首先建立了无限队列缓存的OFDMA认知系统调度优化模型。在此基础上,结合简单遗传算法SGA(SimpleGenetic Algorithm)和优化约束条件,提出了基于遗传算法的认知调度策略CRSGA(Cognitive Radio SchedulerBased on Genetic Algorithm)实现了优化问题的求解。仿真结果表明,通过调整适应度函数中的比例因子,CRSGA算法能够在有效保证用户公平性的同时逼近系统频谱利用率上限。
Under the condition of the dynamic change of spectrum resources available in the network, in order to improve the spectrum utilization efficiency and ensure the fairness of users, this paper first establishes an OFDMA cognitive system scheduling optimization model with infinite queue buffer. On this basis, combined with the simple genetic algorithm (SGA) and the optimization constraints, a genetic algorithm based cognitive scheduling strategy CRSGA (Cognitive Radio Scheduler Based on Genetic Algorithm) is proposed to solve the optimization problem. The simulation results show that by adjusting the scale factor in the fitness function, the CRSGA algorithm can approach the upper limit of system spectrum utilization while effectively ensuring user fairness.
