本文综述了铝合金熔模石膏型精密铸造的发展,对熔模石膏型用石膏混合料及其制备工艺进行了较详细的叙述,为发展我国熔模石膏型精密铸造提供了一条途径。 熔模石膏型铸造薄壁复杂的铝合金铸件近几年来引起国内铸造界的重视。虽然这种技术国外四十年代已经得到发展,但今天在电子、航空等部门中生产高精度和良好表面光洁度的复杂薄壁铝合金铸件方面具有引人注目的地位。 熔模石膏型,它是把普遍熔模铸造法的熔模和普通石膏型法利用石膏作为铸型材料结合在一起,所得铸件既有普通熔模铸造那样的复杂性,又有普通石膏型铸造的那种表面光洁度和壁薄程度。但在型材、具体制备工艺、浇注方式等方面又具有其独特性。
In this paper, the development of aluminum alloy cast gypsum type precision casting is reviewed.
