提出了一种燃气涡轮发动机加减速控制计划最优设计方法.该方法在发动机过渡态性能模型的基础上,变换描述发动机过渡态性能非线性模型中的自变量,最终实现过渡态控制计划的优化设计.以某型双轴混排涡扇发动机的加速过程为例,使用该方法规划得到了满足其加速过程限制的最优控制计划.将得到的控制计划代入发动机过渡态性能模型中进行验证.整体相对优化误差在0.1‰量级,表明该方法具有设计精度高、使用简单等特点.
An optimal design method of gas turbine engine acceleration and deceleration control plan is proposed.On the basis of the engine transient state performance model, the method is used to transform the independent variables in the non-linear model of engine transient state performance, finally to achieve the optimization of the transition state control plan Design Taking the acceleration process of a certain type of biaxial mixed-frequency turbofan engine as an example, the optimal control plan which satisfies the limitation of the acceleration process is obtained by using this method, and the obtained control plan is substituted into the performance model of engine transient state for verification. The overall relative optimization error is on the order of 0.1 ‰, indicating that this method has the characteristics of high design accuracy and easy to use.
