目的探讨纤粘连蛋白、层粘连蛋白、I型胶原3种细胞外基质蛋白促牛晶体上皮细胞(LEC)的粘附作用,以阐明后囊膜混浊(PCO)发生的组织病理学机制。方法应用3H-TDR掺入法研究纤粘连蛋白、层粘连蛋白、I型胶原和鸡卵白蛋白对体外培养的牛LEC的粘附作用。结果牛LEC能够粘附到包被有不同浓度的料粘连蛋白、层粘连蛋白、I型胶原培养板表面上,呈现出浓度和时间效应特点肥牛LEC不能够粘附到包被有不同浓度的鸡卵白蛋白培养板表面上。给哈构成晶体囊膜的层粘连蛋白和I型胶原,以及白内障摘除术后进入眼房水的纤粘连蛋白能够介导LEC粘附到后囊膜上,在PCO发生过程中起到重要的促进作用。
Objective To investigate the adhesion of fibroblasts, laminin and type I collagen in cultured extracellular matrix protein (LEC) in order to elucidate the histopathological mechanism of posterior capsular opacification (PCO). Methods 3H-TDR incorporation was used to study the adhesion of fibronectin, laminin, type I collagen and chicken egg albumin to bovine LEC cultured in vitro. Results The bovine LEC could adhere to the surface of different concentration of laminin, laminin and type I collagen plate and showed the effect of concentration and time. The characteristics of the beef LEC were not able to adhere to different concentrations Chicken egg albumin plate on the surface. Laminin and type I collagen, which form the capsular capsule, and fibronectin, which enters the aqueous humor after cataract extraction, mediate LEC adhesion to the posterior capsule and play an important role in the development of PCO effect.
