本教研室合成9 - ( 乙醛缩氨基硫脲) 腺嘌呤与9 - (2 ,2 - 二氧基乙基) 腺嘌呤。经用其0-05 % 浓度溶液进行抑菌效果检测,含乙醛缩氨基硫脲侧链的腺嘌呤,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌圈直径≥18-4m m ,最低抑菌浓度≤0-0167% ;对枯草杆菌黑色变种两者分别为8-6 m m 与0-0417 % 。含二氧基乙基侧链腺嘌呤仅对大肠杆菌与金黄色葡萄球菌有抑菌作用,抑菌圈直径分别为15-6 m m 与15-2 m m ,最低抑菌浓度分别为0-0333 % 与0-0417 % 。
This faculty synthesizes 9 - (acetaldehyde thiosemicarbazone) adenine and 9 - (2, 2 - dioxyethyl) adenine. The bacteriostatic effect of 0-55% concentration solution was tested. The adenine with acetaldehyde thiosemicarbazone side chain was used to test the bacteriostatic circle diameter of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, ≤ 0-0167%; for the B. subtilis black variant, they were 8-6 m m and 0-0417%, respectively. Containing dioxyethyl side chain of adenine only Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus antibacterial effect, inhibition zone diameter of 15-6 m m and 15-2 m m, the minimum inhibitory concentrations were 0- 0333% and 0-0417%.
