欧洲联盟是目前世界上区域一体化程度最高的国际组织。欧盟高度一体化的重要基础之一在于欧洲认同,特别是欧洲的文化认同。欧洲文化的同源一质性为欧盟形成奠定了文化上的先在性条件。但是随着欧盟从西欧富国的联盟向中东欧国家联盟的扩张,欧盟的未来将走向何方?这是当今欧盟研究者不能回避的问题。
