我厂以前加工的胶木小模数斜齿轮,45°螺旋角误差较大,相邻齿的螺旋角一致性也较差。因而使齿轮相邻周节误差大,瞬时传动比变化大,工作不平稳,齿轮噪声大。为此,我们采用钢质齿轮与胶木齿轮跑合进行修正。胶木齿轮跑合后,螺旋角误差减小,相邻齿螺旋角一致性明显好转,齿面光洁度提高,工作平稳,噪声减小,效果良好。具体跑合方法如下: (1) 将精度合格的钢质齿轮套在心棒上,顶在两顶尖之间,并用螺帽固定。并紧螺帽时用百分表检查
